Advocate

without
borders.

Since 1997, we have defended, negotiated, and tried matters across five US jurisdictions for people who refuse to let a state line dictate the quality of their representation.

A record built one case at a time.

The firm’s standing is documented, not claimed. Four figures worth paying attention to before you hire any attorney anywhere:

01 — Founded
1997

Twenty-nine years of continuous multi-jurisdictional practice under one attorney-owner.

02 — Experience
120+

Years of combined attorney experience on the bench of our team.

03 — Results
4,739+

Documented case results across Virginia, Maryland, DC, New Jersey, and New York.

04 — Favorable
93%+

Favorable outcome rate, firm-wide across all five jurisdictions.

Results may vary. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

The founding attorney

The lawyer who amended Virginia law.

Our founding attorney began his career as a prosecutor. He later returned to that same body of law from the other side of the courtroom — and personally amended Va. Code § 20-107.3, the equitable distribution statute that now governs every divorce decided in the Commonwealth.

You do not need a lawyer who knows the rules.
You need one who has written them.

That orientation — prosecutor-trained, statute-shaping, and multi-state admitted — is the reason clients facing serious exposure in one jurisdiction often choose us over a firm licensed only in theirs.

How we work

Three commitments — every client, every case, every jurisdiction.

i.

Answer the phone.

Our phone line is staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Arrests do not wait for business hours. Neither do we. Consultations by phone are always available.

ii.

Meet by appointment.

In-person meetings are scheduled, not walked in. This is deliberate. Our locations across VA, MD, DC, NJ, and NY are set up to give each client privacy, undivided attention, and the senior counsel the matter demands.

iii.

Match matter to counsel.

Your case is routed to the attorney admitted to the right bar, familiar with the right bench, and credentialed for the specific subject matter. No generalist coverage of specialized courts.
